Which thermal label size do you need? A guide by use

With a Zebra desktop printer, you want rolls that drop in without adapters and calibrate first time. Our thermal labels are wound out on a 40 mm core and print direct thermal, with no ribbon.

Width is the thing to check. 4-inch models print up to about 104 mm, so they take every size we make, including 6x4 shipping labels. 2-inch models top out around 56 mm wide, so pick 40 x 25, 50 x 25 or 50 x 30.

After changing size, run a calibration so the sensor finds the gap between labels. For Zebra industrial printers that need a 76 mm core, we make the same labels on 76 mm cores to order.

Will these labels fit my Zebra printer?

Yes, Zebra desktop printers running direct thermal take our 40 mm, wound-out rolls. Just make sure the label width suits your model's print width.

Do I need a ribbon?

No. These are direct thermal labels: the print head's heat creates the image.

Do you supply Zebra industrial printers?

Yes, we make the same labels on 76 mm cores to order.
