What data we process

• Quote requests and messages. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name, your company name and whatever you choose to send us (quantities, sizes, artwork files, delivery address).
• Direct orders. Billing and delivery details and the contents of the order.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) needed for server security and operation.

The site has no forms, no customer accounts and no analytics, and it loads no scripts, fonts or videos from third-party services.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Answering your request and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / EU GDPR).
• Fulfilling and invoicing an order: performance of a contract and legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Keeping the site secure: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Non-essential cookies, if we ever use them: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep data

• Correspondence with prospects who do not order: 3 years from the last contact.
• Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, as required by French commercial law.
• Technical logs: a limited period set by the hosting provider for security and its legal obligations.

Who receives your data

Your data is processed only by Labex Label SAS and the service providers our business needs: our hosting provider OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), our email provider and, for a delivery, the carrier. We do not sell or rent your data.

Purchases made on Amazon are handled by Amazon as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.

International transfers

Our company is established in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU or the UK, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by data protection law (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies. It saves two strictly necessary items in your browser's local storage: your chosen language (labex-lang) and your cookie choice (labex-consent). Neither is sent to our servers.

If we add an analytics tool, it will only run after you consent, and this page will be updated with its name and cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Email contact@labexlabel.eu; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are in the UK, or to the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
