Choosing your A4 label sheet
The right layout depends on the job:
- 1 or 2 labels per sheet: parcel labels, large product labels, signage – the full-page A4 sticky sheet can be cut to any shape.
- 4 to 16 labels: address labels, carton labels, file spines – including the popular 14 per sheet (99.1 x 38.1 mm).
- 21 to 40 labels: addresses, prices, small products and barcodes.
- 65 labels: small items, barcodes and stock-taking.

Printing without misalignment
Print A4 labels from Word, LibreOffice or label software. Set the printer to "labels" or "heavy paper", print at 100 % with no scaling and test on plain paper first. Our guides to printing on A4 sticker paper and making labels in Word explain the steps, and there are free label templates too.
A4 sheets or roll labels?
