What a tamper-evident label does
A tamper-evident label cannot be removed and put back without leaving visible signs. It does not stop someone from opening a pack. It shows that they did, so you, your courier or your customer can tell straight away.
Where security labels are used
- Sealing boxes and cartons in transit and in the warehouse
- Food and takeaway bags, so customers can see the bag has not been opened since it left the kitchen
- Electronics and equipment, as warranty seals over screws and casings
- Cash bags, sample bags and evidence bags
- Doors, cabinets and meters, to show if access has been gained
Printing and numbering
We print security labels with your logo and text, and can add sequential numbers or barcodes to each label. That lets you log which seal went on which pack. They come on a roll, for applying by hand or with a dispenser.
VOID labels and hologram labels
- VOID labels: when someone peels the label off, a "VOID" pattern stays on the surface and shows on the label, so it cannot be put back unnoticed.
- Hologram labels: a holographic print that is hard to copy, used as a seal and as a sign that a product is genuine.
