What's in the PDF

The PDF has 8 label designs, so you can pick the style that suits your parcels:

1. Classic: red border and broken glass.
2. Solid red: easy to spot from across the room.
3. Yellow and black stripes: the hazard-tape look nobody can miss.
4. Modern: red side band and clean lettering.
5. Three symbols: fragile, this way up and keep dry on one label.
6. This way up on solid red, with the two arrows.
7. Keep dry in blue, with the umbrella.
8. This way up with a red border.

Page 1 has all 8 designs together. The following pages repeat each design 8 times, so you can print just your favourite. Each label is 105 x 74 mm, so 8 fit on an A4 sheet.

How to print it

1. Open the PDF and print at actual size (100%), not "Fit to page".
2. The easiest option is an A4 sheet of 8 labels, 105 x 74 mm: each label lands exactly on one sticker.
3. You can also print on a full A4 sticker sheet and cut along the grey lines.
4. No sticker paper? Print on plain paper and fix the label with clear tape.

For printer settings, see our guide on how to print on A4 sticker paper.

Where to put the fragile sticker

Put one on top and one on at least one side, so it can still be seen when parcels are stacked. Add the This Way Up label on the sides if the contents mustn't be tipped, such as liquids or crockery.

A fragile sticker warns the courier, but it doesn't replace proper packing. Fill any gaps and leave a few centimetres of padding around the item.

Ship fragile items often?

If you send fragile items every week, fragile stickers on a roll are much quicker to apply and stick better to cardboard. We can print them with your logo too.
